Perry Fernandes

A 25-year plus mail processing and distribution industry veteran, Perry Fernandes is PCI Group’s Vice President of Operations.

He brings to the role hands-on management experience serving at leading direct mail organizations across the Northeast and launching three start-up mail processing divisions and companies.

His professional achievements also include spearheading MPTQM certification initiatives (a U.S. Postal Service Total Quality Management Accreditation) for two companies and assisting in an ISO9001 program. Perry is a past industry Co-Chairman of the Long Island Postal Customer Council and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association, NY Chapter (MFSANY). In 2001, his mail industry innovation was recognized by the USPS with a “Special Achievement Award.”
