I want to provide you an update on what PCI is doing to address the challenges presented by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As always, the health and safety of our employees, our communities and taking care of our customers is of utmost importance to us.

First, we are being proactive to help our employees protect their health by educating them about the virus and being prepared to support them on a case by case basis should they develop medical issues related to the virus.

As a practical measure, we have enhanced our Housekeeping practices as part of the Prevention and Workforce Protection Measures as outlined in our Pandemic Plan. We have increased workplace controls which include frequent employee reminders for frequent and proper hand washing. We have also ensured that employees have easy access to hand sanitizers, cleaning products, hand washing areas and ensuring janitorial staff are using EPA registered disinfectants. Additionally, we have mandated that all workstations are wiped down at the beginning and the end of each shift.

We have also instructed all employees that if they are ill or exhibiting any symptoms of the virus to stay at home until they are fever free without any medications for at least 24 hours. As we continue to stay abreast of the latest developments associated with this virus, we are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure we are maintaining the health and safety of our employees so that you will not experience a disruption in service.

Sincerely,

Christian Kropac
President
