PCI Group is committed to upholding your online security, the security of your mailing information, and strict regulation compliance.

For this reason, we’ve designed new user access to trakPCI as a two part process:

  1. New User Registration
  2. Authorization of each workstation/device you will access trakPCI from New User Registration: To kick this off, head to www.pcigroup.com. At the top-right of the screen you will see the button:

Click on this button. You will be entering the process to register yourself and the workstation you are operating from. After you have filled out the online registration form, you should get two emails from PCI Group. The first email is a Welcome to trakPCI email. Once Customer Service approves, you will receive a second email confirming your approval for trakPCI access.

Workstation Authorization: The first time you login to trakPCI from your computer or device, you will need to authorize that device. After you’ve entered your credentials, you will see a notification screen to authorize your device (see screenshot below)

When you see this screen, click the Send Authorization E-mail button. After you have received the authorization email, simply click the link within the email and type in the unique code to authorize your computer or device (if it’s your first time logging into trakPCI from any device, you will be required to create 3 security questions in case you lose your password).

You are required to authorize each work station or device used to access trakPCI. Please note that authorization for a device will expire after 90 days of inactivity.

Note: Please call Customer Service at 803-578-7700 option 2 if you have any difficulties with getting setup. If you would like a walk-though of trakPCI and its features, please contact our Marketing Coordinator, John Dermott, at 803-578-7700 x140 or j.dermott@pcigroup.com
