As a high-volume producer of print and mail communications, we recognize and embrace our role to develop a more sustainability focused company.

We know that our contributions represent a small part of the overall changes that are necessary to a create a more sustainable world, but we are committed to doing what we can and we hope you will join us. Together, we can make a big difference to make our world a more environmentally friendly place to live and work.

We are committed to finding ways to reduce the impact to our environment and as part of this commitment, it is our policy to:

  • Plant trees in a sufficient amount to replace the trees consumed in the paper we use in our product

  • Recycle as much waste material as possible
  • We recycle all wastepaper and envelopes generated during production
  • Ink waste is recycled
  • Help our clients with their Go Green initiatives.
  • Sunset older equipment so it can be recycled
  • Donate unused paper to local schools prior to recycling
  • Dispose of outdated computers and printers properly
  • Replace all lights in our Fort Mill facility with low energy LED bulbs.
  • Utilize LED lights with motion sensors in our Dallas, TX facility
  • Use consumable office products made with recycled paper where possible – example, paper towels and coffee cups.
  • Adopt a work from home policy for team members whose job responsibilities allow it
  • Curtail unnecessary travel by utilizing video and audio conferencing, telephone, and email whenever possible
  • Maintain compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations that affect our industry.
  • Continue to gather information from our customers, our suppliers and our industry on how to advance our sustainability efforts
