Step 1: Review the information.
Compare the data you sent with the details within the confirmation report, making sure that the report reflects exactly what you expected.
Step 2: Approve or Kill the job.
Once you have reviewed the job details, determine whether to approve the job for production or kill it.
Approve a job: Click the unique URL in the confirmation email and select “Approved”. Once you have approved the job, it will advance to production. This also starts the Service Level Agreement (SLA) clock.
Kill the job: If a problem is discovered, you should kill the job.
Note: If a file is broken into several jobs, then one job can be killed and the rest approved. This allows for partial approval of a file (but not a job). The segments that can be approved are also determined by the breakout requirements for a file and not by letter code per se. If a letter code(s) has been modified, we break those out into separate jobs so you can approve or kill those segments individually.
