There are several steps PCI Group follows when you submit a task
- The task is entered in the Programming Task List (PTL). If you have created the task already, PCI Group will use your created task.
- PCI Group will include any useful attachments to the task if you have not already done so.
- PCI Group utilizes the PTL to assign and track all programming tasks to programmers.
- After an internal review for quality control, PCI Group will inform you through the PTL and/or email the task is ready for review and changes or updates.
- Based on your feedback, PCI Group will either continue to work on the task or move it to completion.
Helpful tip:
Greater Than (>) and Less Than (<) symbols in the PTL: The PTL interprets anything within < > tags as an HTML tag, and removes the text.
e.g.
<insert first name and last name here>
…is read by the PTL as <
insert first name and last name here>…and becomes simply < >
So these symbols must not be used when submitting tasks in the PTL. Also avoid these symbols even when discussing a task by email, as your email text is typically copied into the PTL by a PCI Group Customer Service Representative. As a result, the information you submit within the symbols will be lost.
