In support of PCI Group’s continued business expansion and to better serve its customers, PCI announced today that it has opened a new facility in Irving, TX, a suburb of Dallas. The new production center is a 43,000, square foot facility, featuring state of the art security, high speed production equipment and data processing technology.

The new production center features the latest production equipment, including high speed ink jet printers and intelligent insertion equipment and includes a wide range of security features to protect customer data and to address the highly regulatory compliant aspects of our customer’s business.

As a mission critical, transactional direct mail provider, PCI opened the new location to further expand its reach of providing ultra-secure communications for customers whose business requires them to send regulatory compliant communications with near perfect accuracy.

The new production center includes a wide range of security features to protect customer data and to address the highly regulatory compliant aspects of PCI’s business. 24/7 security cameras strategically placed externally and internally around the facility monitor every movement. Additional security features include key card access, one way in-one way out building access, and full visibility of the production floor via a production control center.

The PCI Team in Dallas celebrates completion of the first production order in the new facility.

State of the art, production equipment, including high speed ink jet printers and intelligent insertion equipment were installed to handle the high volume of pages PCI processes for its customers. The Océ ColorStream 3900 and the VarioPrint 6160 enable PCI to address both high speed color and monochrome production. Pitney Bowes, EPIC and MPS intelligent inserters were added to enable intelligent 3D barcode insertion, virtually eliminating errors associated with envelope, page insertion.

The technology center uses the latest Windows based infrastructure, with configuration and hardening contingent upon CIS (Centers for Information Security) standards. This provides customers with high availability and redundancy, and enables PCI to process large amounts of data efficiently and effectively.

In its 47th year of business, PCI has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years. In 2017, PCI was named #1697 on the INC 5000 list of fastest private company growth companies in America. Investments like the new facility in Dallas, are enabling the company to win new, multi-year contracts with some of the largest companies in America.

Moving to Dallas was a strategic business decision for us,” said Chris Kropac, President of PCI. “As our business continues to expand, we need to increase our capabilities. Opening this facility in Dallas increases our capacity, increases our ability to serve the Fortune 1000 and extends our reach to serve customers in the central and western regions of the United States. We selected the Dallas location because of its geographical fit and access to the talent we need from a human resource perspective, to operate our business.
