These items can be e-mailed to customer service at custservice@pcigroup.com. You can also log on to trakPCI to access the programming task list and personally create your tasks. Multiple letters changes/new requests can be combined into 1 task. TrakPCI is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
